2011 Booking Instructions for HAX ATHLETIC CLUB.

• Input the arrival date and departure date and other pertinent information under the “Book This Hotel” section (You should already see “HAX ATHLETIC CLUB” in the Rate box).
• Then, click “View Rates”
• All the available rates for your company will be listed.  Please choose a room type and click “Book This Room”

** If the Rate box does not show the “HAX ATHLETIC CLUB”, please manually input the Corporate ID # 100286670 by clicking “Have a Corporate ID?”

Credit Card Guarantee:
Credit cards are required to guarantee all reservations. This is to hold only; it is NOT considered prepayment or payment method (unless a Credit Card Authorization form is submitted prior to guests’ arrival). Guests will still be required to present a valid credit card upon check-in.

Negotiated payment methods are only by arrangement between your company and Holiday Inn Torrance; all other guests will be charged upon check-out.

 

For Direct Bill reservations:
If your company has an existing Direct Bill account with Holiday Inn Torrance please input “Direct Bill Room & Tax per [Your Name & Telephone #]” in the Comments area of the reservation (or, if speaking with a Reservation agent, request that this information be put in the traces). If this information is not provided the reservation will not be direct billed, and your guest will be charged.
