Coaches Lounge / Studio: Includes 60 inch plasma tv with DVD. Overlooking the Main Court. $500 per day.

Office Space: Includes Copy Machine and Unlimited Copies: $250 per day.

Training Room: Includes Unlimited Use of the Ice Machine: $250 per day

Conference Room: Includes Use of 60inch Plasma TV – Seats 10: $250 per day

Executive Locker Room - $500 per day Includes use of the showers, towel service and lockers.

Fitness Studio for viewing seats up to 50 people: $250 per day

All Security must be hired by HAX security

Tournament Organization allowed to retain 100% of admissions.

Parking
HAX charges $5.00 for parking for events.
HAX members no charge.
Tournament Director & Staff no charge. Max 10 cars.
Free Parking Available on Street.

Concessions
Under no Circumstances are food/beverage vendors allowed at HAX.
HAX Retains 100% of food / beverage sales.
Apparel / Retail Vendor Set up $150 per day (with approval by HAX)

Banners / Promotions:
No Banners allowed to be hung at HAX (unless approved in writing by HAX).
